Do you sell gift cards?

Not at the moment but all our Equi Charms arrive gift wrapped ready to give as a gift.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through paypal and all major cards through our website.

Delivery Details

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, which will be 1st Class royal mail - All our Equi Charms are delivered in branded padded packaging which is able to be posted through your letter box.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your Equi Charm please contact us via email with the reasons you are unhappy and we will do our best to replace your charms - If you would like a refund, your Charm must be returned unused in the original packaging, and able to be resold within 14 days of purchase.
